Anyone traded a phone on for a s21 and had an email from Samsung

samsung@tradeinresponse.co.uk

Saying they found a fault with the phone you traded in and you have to pay £25 excess?

It's a well known scam! Let me guess... Screen burn in?

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.

Morning @Carlos22 ,

the trade-in devices are inspected by MTR, have you tried to reach them to see if there is an issue with your phone? You can reach MTR on 0333 207 9676 or helpdesk@samsungrecycle.co.uk

Fit an OLED screen, not enable pixel shift and then charge customers for screen burn on trade-ins. Kerrching...
