Trade in - confusing criteria

Hi everyone,

I recently opted for trade-in with my old S10 with cracked screen to get the S21.

When I go on the main trade-in page it says for a broken smartphone I get £200 when traded against the S21.

When I go on the page where I try to purchase the device and specify a S10 with 'Device being in good condition as No' I get a price of £230, the T&C are very confusing in terms of what constitutes a Non-Good Condition phone. Is it constituted as a 'Broken Phone' and so it doesn't need to meet the Minimum Requirements?

The wording / criteria is very confusing, I am not sure what my device is worth and how much it'll be valued at.

Can someone shed some light on this?

Hi, as far as I know, a phone with a broken display will be classed as 'broken' or 'non working' even though it still works.
