The S21+ is a Windows 10 computer, how do i transfer files to/from it?

Whenever I have connected an Android device to a computer using a USB cable, the Android device has popped up a menu asking if I want to charge the device or transfer files.

The only notification I get from the S21+ is that it's charging, and there's no file transfer option, nor does the S21+ appear in Windows Explorer. How can I get the option to transfer files to show when connecting the S21+ to a computer with a USB cable?

HI @saltpeaky Ensure you have the latest version of Smart Switch on you computer as this includes the latest Drivers. https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/smart-switch
It is also advisable to set a adefault via Developer Options? Developer Options-Default USB Configuration.

Reboot after this step and try again.
