Ordered my S21+ 4 weeks ago & still waiting for it. Can't get through to anyone on live chat, keeps disconnecting me after 5 mins of waiting. So frustrated!

If calling them ain't possible, try using the text chat feature in the samsung members app, to see where your S21+ is in the delivery process. Just click the plus icon on the home page of the Samsung Members app and select Text Chat 😁. Also, you can select the 'ask a question' option, where a moderator will be able to help you in this matter 😎.

Have you had any updates from Samsung at all ?

i.e a progress email ?

If you look at the same page you used to place the order what is the quote time now for the exact model you've chosen ?

Hi, the order page still says processing. Order time was 2-4 weeks. No further communication from Samsung.
