Strange! Last year Samsung managed to roll-out Android 11 stable to the S20 devices in December 2020.
So this would be a month later even though Samsung started beta releases earlier this year.
Is this an official statement direct from Samsung and can you provide a link to your information please.

No it is not on my PC.
So, it is Android Authority musings and guesswork and not a, "confirmed", release statement from Samsung.
