it sounds like a problem with rcs messaging, if you go into settings connections, more connections settings and turn rich communications off, if should work. you will be able to send texts but you won't get read reports etc, then you can try turning that setting back on about 10 days later and it should all turn blue again and work as is should with read reports, mine didn't work for 2 months its shut a pain, I hope this helps and tell me if none of it makes sense lol
