Software update

I have an s21 ultra and still have the android 11 and there is no software update showing. What is the problem of this?

Thanks, yes that's what I was looking for but it hasn't clarified why you aren't getting updates. The codes are for different countries. BTU is the active country code and this is the UK. XME means this is a Malaysian device. On the same screen where you found this info please can you confirm the baseband version?

Basically, the phone won't auto update so it has to be flashed using Odin.

Herein lies a other problem, I am unable to give you guidance on this since this is Samsung's official website and I am unable to discuss unofficial methods of modifying devices.

I used to be a member of the Q & A team over at Android Central a few years back.

If you want help to update, there are some very helpful people over there.
