Before the latest Samsung 21 update the fingerprint sensor was working perfectly. Now it is not working.
Tried: delete old fingerprints, soft reset, did a test using *#0*#, error message.

I am almost certain this is a software error rather than a hardware flaw.
Hi Fargo, i am having same problem and same results in *#0*#, did u get any support or got ur issue solved? I am so p****d off at Samsung's deceiving attitude, is there a way we can sue Samsung?
