• BTU = U.K. stock, non carrier branded, Samsung 
• EVR = U.K. EE carrier branded 
• VOD = U.K. Vodafone carrier branded

I upgraded the software, as i was instructed by the tech support to fix the dex and smartscreen issue. It solved that. But now my videos are having sync and lag problem

When Three get around to certifying their carrier branded firmware so that Samsung can release it. For fast firmware updates, always get the stock, non carrier branded, phones.

Ahhh I see. I wish I could flash btu firmware but don't think there's a way to get btu csc without root. Will it be April when I receive update?

That is a question that only Three can answer. It has taken as long as 3 weeks for them to issue an update in the past.
