Slow motion frame rate issue?

Hi all. Just tried a slow motion video on my S21 Ultra. It looks like in a few places it has dropped frames or small pauses, far from fluid. Is this a known issue?

I know this is old... Try cooling your phone down and then trying it.. I am sure this is related to the CPU being too hot
