Slow Charging

Hi!

I've been having this issue recently where my phone will say it is super fast charging but seems to charge quite slowly. This is not a consistent issue. 

This morning, my phone completely died; I put it on charge and went back to sleep, after an hour it only charged to 34% and still claimed it was super fast charging. Very frustrating!

I'm using an authentic Samsung charger and cable. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Also try clicking on the get help button
At the bottom of the samsung members page
And run a diagnostic test
