Hi,
I've got the Galaxy S21+ (Exynos) unlocked in the UK.
When I open up the camera app, default settings on auto photo mode, the camera takes a good 10 seconds or so to actually focus...
I have tried clearing app cache, clearing data and I am on the latest software version available.
Has anyone else had a similar issues or found any fixes?

I've just turned that off, but still get a delay when starting the app unfortunately 😕

Yeah lenses are fine, and when it does focus the photos it takes are fantastic!

@Danielm862: I see what you mean. If you head to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data, then restart the phone, does the issue persist? If so, head to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Camera, and run through the on screen prompts. Does this return any errors?

I have tried clearing cache and data, but it still does this! Also had the March update now (waited a few days to see if it helped), i think it might be a little faster, but it's difficult to tell. Still has much more delay than my S10 did.
When using the camera its amazing though, so i'm not sure if it is hardware or software really?

What’s everyone’s thoughts on this? If it’s software I don’t mind waiting for a patch (call it the early adopters tax) but if it’s hardware I’ll need to get in touch with Samsung.
