Sleep mode keeps activating alarm no matter what

Sleep mode keeps activating the alarm no matter what I do. I have gone into the settings and dug down to turn it off and saved it but it reactivates next time. I deleted the current sleep mode then rebooted the phone and recreated it turning off the alarm but it still insists on turning it back on. I've stopped the app cleared the cache pretty much everything I could think of and it persists.

I've finally deleted sleep mode completely and just use the do not disturb under notifications and it's no problem. If you have other options you want to change during do not disturb most can be written into a routine that runs at a specified time period you can set parallel to sleep mode. Sure it's a pain but less painful than the bug that keeps arming the alarm.

Samsung you need to fix this.

Are there any "modes" or "routines" that could be triggered when your cellphone comes out of sleeping mode.?

I'm not sure why this is marked as the solution, as the actual one is on Page 4. But the TL;DR is that the top time is actually for the alarm, so turn that off. Instead create a condition for your time schedule.

I don't know what Samsung are playing at, but I tried to report this as a bug. Couldn't find a bug-reporting section in the Members app, so I reported it as a question. Someone at Samsung replied the same weekend, asking me to submit a bug report and giving detailed instructions on how to do it - using a menu item that does not exist in (my copy of) the app.  So now I know there are two things broken on my 'phone. 🤔

So lovely to hear that... once more, thank you @Hetrab !! People still suffer from the Samsung update and the "f." alarm; please search for the @Hetrab solution.  In my opinion, it is not a workaround but the proper way to use the device (ok, Samsung should provide a better way to implement the update without provoking this inconvenience!).

I have an S23 Ultra. The only way I can get rid of that annoying automatic alarm that keeps turning itself on even when I don't want it is to delete the Sleep Mode setting altogether. If you want to use Sleep Mode you must suffer with the alarm turning itself on even when you don't want it to.  I deleted the entire Sleep mode. In theory it is a good idea IF the alarm thing wasn't attached to it.
