Hello, I was wondering if anyone here could help, As far as the website is concerned and as far as making an exchange goes I'm not knowledgeable whatsoever.

I don't see anything in my email or anything within my account showing any tracking. (It's been over a week now) I'm not even getting a response from a chat representative... Does anyone here know what I need to do, like is there something I'm not doing?

Check any spam email in boxes too @JoeYeNoM 

You should also be able to call the Samsung Online Shop Team for your region.

Just Google search for the relevant number.
