Silencing s21 ultra

Can anyone help here I can't seem to rectify this problem.

To silence my phone quickly I need to press the volume rocker then the symbol underneath. 

Before on my fe it would silence the whole phone but now I have to press the 3 dots above and go into a menu which shows notification sounds, media sounds ,system sounds etc just to silence the whole phone .

How do I make it so I just press the volume rocker then the note symbol to silence the lot ?

You can swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the sound button to silence.

Much easier to use the quick menu as already suggested. This only affects the sound been silenced, making just 1 press will give you the sound back.

Thanks I worked out I had use volume keys for media turned on which confused me.
