Hi
You could give this a go

Remove and Re-Insert Your SIM Card

Before rebooting, turn on Airplane Mode. Wait for 30 seconds, then turn Airplane Mode off.

If you still don't have data, turn airplane mode back on, turn your phone off, wait for a minute, turn your phone back on, turn airplane mode off,

wait for 30 seconds, then turn mobile data on

Oh yes - this is a widely documented issue that Samsung appear not to be taking seriously.

What is the issue?

S21 Ultra UK version has the Samsung 5123b modem, Samsung antennae and Exynos 2100 chip.

S21 Ultra US version has different antennae and SD888 chip (not sure about the model).

Now - the Google Pixel 6 Pro has the 5123b modem and there in-house chip is designed around the Exynos 2100. Google users now reporting signal issues across the world.

Common connection? 5123 modem.

Problem? Samsung refuse to recognise it.

If you are still in your first 30 days, send it back for a refund. Otherwise expect months of problems until Samsung update the modem and engineers fix your phone (IF Samsung ever do).

Mine keeps defaulting to 3g where it can, even in areas where there is good 4g.

At home it prefers WiFi calling even though I have good 4g here.

Known issue widely reported. 5123b modem is the problem.

Get it refunded asap.

You WILL have problems with signal with this device.

I'm still fighting Samsung 6 months on over this issue.

Pixel 6 and 6Pro use the same modem from Samsung as the S21 Ultra.....

I'll leave this here 🙃
