Shipping early?

I got a dispatch confirmation from Samsung last night, tracking hasn't updated yet though.

Spoke to Samsung this morning. Despite customers of Vodafone and a few more companies getting theirs today in UK the people who ordered from Samsung direct will not receive theirs until Friday.

It's an absolute joke, first time going to Samsung. I have had iPhones for year, this is disgraceful. If this is how they treat everybody buy letting third parties release them early then I might just switch back, cause at least when Apple release a phone you know it is 100% that date and not early by any other companies.

Yep. Unfortunately it happened to me last year as well when I moved from apple to Samsung. I prefer Samsung phones but not  their customer service and how they handle the release of new phones. And they are acting like they don't even know phones are being delivered today

Think it's about time they got a handle of this, think it should be out in the news or something to give them a kick up the butt.

Funny thing is they have already sent out the trade in packs for many of us! Someone is surely having a laugh somewhere! 🤐

yep same here I moaned at them this morning too and they gave me a 60 voucher to spend on their online shop

I have not heard anything yet, all I want to know is when we will be receiving as it totally unfair for them to let Third Parties send them out already.
