Screen Rotate

Anyone know how to stop the rotate icon in the top right of the screen from popping up when I rotate my phone when laying down?

Hi, you can't that's part of the android system UI framework.

It's well annoying there has to be a way to turn it off. And what makes it worse is it's the only part of Androids U.I system that does my head in

I hear you but to be honest I don't notice it, try ignoring it you'll get used to it sooner or later.
Maybe ADB command, or definitely by rooting your device you'll be able to get rid of it.

You can turn it off, long press the auto rotate icon and this menu will appear. Toggle the rotate button option to off.

personally I'd like to keep my phone the way it is I don't see point in rooting phones 🤷‍♂️
