Screen Off after Calls

Hi,

Everytime I hang up a call the screen is off.I have to turn screen On to press Red Button to end the call.

Am I missing something easy to turn this on.Have googled this but can't seem to find the setting.🤭

Hey @Gerrymac ,

When you are on a call, the screen will turn off when you hold the phone to your ear to prevent accidental touches, and then turn on when you move the phone away. If there is something interfering with the proximity sensor, the screen may not respond as expected.

Does this happen with all the calls?

Yes...it happens with all calls but not on Speaker call.
I have ran the Diagnostics for the Proximity sensor and all is working fine..
Just found a setting..Double Tap Screen to.turn on in Motions and Gestures..
Will try that if and when somebody rings me.😳

That was the next step to perform in this case, please try this and let me or any of the other moderators know if that sort the issue.

Hi...Double tapping gets the screen back after I finish talking which allows me to Prees red button to hang up..Never had to do that before until yesterday when I spied the setting..Next time I will wait and see if screen appears when lowered from ear/face.
