Your Samsung phone should have a plastic tpu screen protector on it.
You can check with your nail along the edges @PainedPete
It's probably this that's caught a scratch and can be easily removed , and then if you wish to stop scratches to the actual phone screen be replaced with one of the many plastic screen protectors available on the market or a Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector which is my preference.

Take it to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre to be looked at @PainedPete
As the screen protector has been removed then it may also depend on how long you've owned the phone, as Samsung may advise it's possibly user caused.
Applying the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen should help to hide the mark however.
