You could pay for it to be repaired, just pop into a Samsung store, make sure you backup everything up and they will wipe it, usually costs around £200

I think they have a mobile repair now and come to you, I'm sure I read that somewhere or you could send it in but need to report and book repair with support first

Check with Support they will be able to advise you

@BandOfBrothers @Glenntech do you know if that's right?

There is a mobile repair service, but it's only in certain areas.
You'd have to speak with Samsung Customer Support to find out if its available.
It's probably a popular choice of service, so it may not be a quick repair.
There maybe a Samsung approved service centre nearer as these are dotted around all over. Again you'd need to speak with Samsung Customer Support.
It's not a cheap fix if you don't have insurance. But if you have household insurance, it's worth enquiring if this will cover the repair. You will usually have to register your device with the insurance before you claim, imei number etc
Should be a straight forward repair, but backup your data as the phone will be factory reset

Hi @-Robot-

Yes Samsung UK have a doorstep repair service,  however this option isn't available everywhere.

It would be an option to choose if available when setting up a repair.
