Scratches on screen

Has anyone else had issues with their s21 ultra with how easy the screen scratches?

I've had my s21 ultra about 3 weeks or maybe less and the screen has scratched despite having a proper Samsung case and being mega careful after spending a lot of money outright on it.

I have just replaced a 3 or 4 yr old mate 20 Pro with not a scratch on and this seems to be a much softer screen despite the hefty price tag.

Did you not have a screen protector pre installed?

There is one pre-installed on most non US Ultras

There is a circle around the camera so it could just be me being dense. I was just worried as I look after my things and my mate 20 pro is immaculate.

Yes they do bearack. The circle around your selfie camera is it's lip so you have not damaged your screen mate just the protector which is much easier to scratch. 👍👍

I'm pretty meticulous with my devices so mine hasn't many scratches, just one very annoying one on the left of the screen.

Yes mine has scratches on it,even though it's in a Samsung phone case,,very annoying
