I use the Microsoft Outlook app on my old Samsung S9+ phone. I used the Samsung SmartSwitch to transfer everything over.
It installed the Outlook app for me but when I open it none of my email accounts are setup. Its as if I clean installed the Outlook. It was in the list of apps but it shows no data associated with the apps.
I have tried the migration several times, including twice in a row thinking maybe something strange happens during app install in which the data for the app is being overwritten.
I have seen the same experience with
- Microsoft Authenticator App
- SMS Organizer
- Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard
- Govee
- Google Maps
Am I just stuck setting up all these apps again?
In the case of the SwiftKey keyboard, I had to manually switch to using it, as well as change all the customizations I made.
