Samsung s21fe blue tooth

I have just got a new Samsung phone s21fe phone and this will not connect to my Bluetooth in my vehicle. Its a VW tigwan 2019 I have done all the phone reset and re boots. I have no idea. The car sees the phone then asks dose passkey match but my phone dose not come up with anything.

It's sees the car in the Bluetooth but will not connect
