If using Samsung Email App might be worth checking the email sync period - open app - tap on 3 lines at top left - tap the cog wheel at the top - select an account and check setting for " Email Sync Period " is set to "all time "
If not then will only display emails within the period selected ( if this is the problem you will need to change it for each account )
