Is the sim card active? Is there service in your area? You should contact your service provider to check the above. Sometimes new sim cards need to be sent for some handsets

Hi @Drmannen

May I ask what do you mean when you state in your post " The battery is a little broken. Could it be the cause??  "

A Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre can take a look at your phone and also your phone has a built in diagnostic tool in the Samsung Members App under GetHelp then Diagnostics.

Also is this issue happening everywhere or in one place ?

Can you as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then another sim card in your phone to help rule out mast issues, phone issues or sim card issues.

Your mobile network provider would be able to check your account just to make sure the issue isn't at their end.

I wish you all the best with this situation.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
