Hi everyone,
I just bought a Samsung s21+ 5G.
When I go into the settings, the model name indeed appears as a "Galaxy s21+ 5G". However when I check the IMEI (slot 1) number via this website https://www.imei.info/, I find that the model of my phone is a "IMEI.info: Galaxy S21 FE 5G (SM-G996B)".
Is this normal ?
Thanks a lot for your help,
Alex.

First things first Where did you purchase the Samsung phone from @Members_cS2TeFi ?
In your Settings then About Phone this will confirm what model name and model number you have.
If you download PhoneINFO and CPU-Z from the Playstore this will show you what model you have too.
The imei details should show correct for your phone model.
I use that one and it shows the correct phone model from my imei details.
Samsung support for your region would be only too happy to check the particulars of your phone too.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
