I'm sorry to hear your phone has developed an issue. 😔
One troubleshooting step you could try is to launch your phone app and type in *#0*# which will bring up a number of tests.
The options you need to try is to cycle through the colour panels a few time's to see if that helps.
If it does not help then there is possibly a hardware issue from the ribbon that connects the display panel to the phone's internal board and or the display panel has failed.
I assume the phone hasn't had an accidental bump or water ingress.
This will need an authorised Samsung engineer to replace the connection and or possibly display panel.
Samsung apply a limited 2 year Manufacturers Warranty.
If your phone has gone past 24 months then you can still ask a Samsung Service Centre to assess the phone and provide a costing.
Also look at any other possible insurance policies such as Home Contents Insurance or some Bank Accounts provide cover as a perk of the Account.
Using a Samsung Service Centre will mean your phone is looked after , oem parts are used and any IP rating intergity is maintained and the work guaranteed.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
