Bought a S21 5g on the 31st of October, received an email informing me the phone was going to be delivered today before 11 am, at 12 pm I contacted DPD who told me Samsung had requested the phone to be returned even though I had paid n full for the phone on the day I ordered it. After waiting for 40 mins for Samsung customer services to answer the phone I explained my concerns but they had no idea why the phone was requested to be returned. Customer services said they would call me back within the hour with the reason why it was sent back but as I expected no one has called me back. Terrible customer service.
