Hi, well as 4GB ram is the default so I'd suggest you try the 6GB ram for a day or two then try & the 8GB ram for a day or two then make your decision on your experience.

I've left mine on 4gb(s21 ultra).
As my phone runs smoothly don't see the point of changing it.
