Re: old phone trade in when ordering new s21+

So I sent an email to Helpdesk@samsungrecycle.co.uk

Regarding my returns envelope which hasn't yet arrived. I've just got a reply (see attached picture) so don't panic if you have yet to receive yours.

I actually received my pack today through the post... with a postage label and instructions. I am sure it will be with you soon 👍

And the lovely surprise that Samsung expect you to pay the (insured) postage back to them... Not covering the (insured) postage Samsung is despicable! 😞
