I will try my best to help you with this matter. Is this only showing when you try to use the Samsung Pay+ card? Have you checked if there is any pending app update available? Remember that you will need to check the Google Play Store and the Galaxy Store> Menu> My apps/ Manage apps and device> Update all.

I logged a case with Samsung through their help desk last night and today it has been marked "completed" and the issue has been resolved for me. Not sure if this fix is just for my device or whether Samsung have fixed a bug now for everyone
