Everyone who has had their order cancelled by Samsung then Samsung is in breach of the contract. If you have received an email informing you that they have dispatched the goods and then then they recall the goods they have breached their contract as it states in their terms and conditions.
"We will only accept your offer (and form the contract of sale) when we send you an e-mail confirming that the Product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation)"
Not sure how Samsung is going to solve this, it is disgraceful how they are treating their customers and should not be allowed to get away with this.
