samsung gallery issues

hei everyone, 
all my pictures in the gallery just disappeared. they are not in the recycle bin either. is there a way i can retrieve them? will mean a lot if someone on here can help.

nb: just started using a new s21 and had all my files transferred  and has set the old one back to factory setting

Hi check your Google photos & your Microsoft onedrive to see if they've been backed up in any of your accounts.

Try going the gallery app
And clear gallery app cache
Restart phone
And see if that helps

Also check Google photos
They maybe there

Have a look in the My Files app
Images and check my files
Recycle Bin

Hi, is there any backup of the disappeared pictures? If yes, you can recover them from the backup files. If not, first stop using your phone in case of data overwritten by new data. Then you need to ask for help from pro shop or data recovery software like dr.fone, Coolmuster Lab.Fone for Android, phonerescue, etc. They are both not free and not that easy.
