Hey everyone hope your all well.

Basically I got a Samsung Galaxy S21 U

ltra G998U version. I live in the UK. The issue that I am having is that I can't seem to get the latest updates. The latest update I have is May 2022 and I'm sure there's much more recent updates than that. Is there anyway in which I can update the software.

The phone is working in the UK and I can connect to the Internet but I can't update the software for some reason. Plwsee help me.

I personally think its not a good idea to show your imei number in public , just my thoughts

Your phone is an American version, it will not update if it is being used in another region or country than what it was made to be used in.

Yeah I didn't realise this would even be the case. As it is working normally so I didn't realise it would be an issue
