Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera is horrible

I just want to put it out there that the camera,  the reason I bought the phone,  is horrible.  I've never had so many blurry photos. These are memories I can never get back or fix. I'm so disappointed that I already sent the phone back to get fixed within the first 4 months and it still has the same issues.  I would love to go back to my S9 and get my money back.  Anyone else have issues with blurry photos? (Mostly scenic & portraits)

It is astonishingly bad! The only good photos are where the lighting is already great and I'm perfectly still, any photos from events or parties are absolutely awful. Biggest waste of money I've ever had.
