Samsung chat features on s21 ultra

Does anyone know if I'm supposed to have the default to chat / automatic 🤔 

Noticed a few messages and pictures aren't sending so wondering if I have it set up right , bit of a pain having to keep a eye on the message and convert it if the message fails

I was a apple fanatic so was always used to imessage but when I first got the handset I ended up with charges on my bill as it was converting the pics ect to MMS so I added a little bundle on to my tariff as it was working out more expensive to accidentally send 3 pictures as mms wher as the bundle was less which I was shocked at .. 😊

This is interesting. Often wondered how you could work out who else was on android chat. I can't see any dots though. What app are you seeing the dots on please? I don't seem them in either Google or Samsung contacts

This is how you know. It says on the typing bar "chat"

Yes I know that thank you. I wondered if you could tell by looking at contacts ie the dot referred to above.
