Hi, purchased a new samsung s21ultra with 2 years Samsung care plus. Received phone but nothing in regards to insurance policy documentation or policy number.
I have multiple attempts to register online...says doesn't recognise iemi number.
I have had multiple calls over last 4 days with customer services who have yet to help or give any clear answer.
The phone is 4 days old and fell out my pocket...now it has a chip on screen and no one can tell me if its insured.
Absolute appalling customer service and leaves me deeply disappointed.
