Is this happening at home or everywhere ?
Perhaps check any available Network mast checkers to see if there is a known issue with your masts.
Also as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.
It maybe a sim card issue.
Take it out of the phone and gently wipe the chip and re insert making sure it's seated correctly.
Also if possible try another sim card in your phone.
Your network provider can check your account.
Sometimes choosing a different provider I'm the phone's connection settings and then re choose your own provider helps too.
