I ordered a Samsung s21+ on 25th April 2021. The phone has still not been delivered and status still shows as Order Placed. Speaking to agents on the phone, they keep advising the warehouse has no stock. What is happening with the order please?
They seem to have sold so much recently with the sales and promotions. If they can get stock in within 10 business days the you can place an order....happened to me with the Navy tab s7. Just received it today after waiting 2 weeks. I know there's some stock coming in next week so maybe yours has been held up. X
