Work colleague having issues with S21, not sure model but they run same software so...
When connecting to ANY handsfree device, it used to work fine.
Bluetooth calls in car, wagon, headphones etc.
Phone did software update, now no one can hear him when using bluetooth handsfree.
He can hear them through vehicle speakers but seems as though Bluetooth mic isn't working.
Any ideas?
I'm usually very good with technology but this has me stumped.
Tried soft reset.
Don't want to have to tell him to hard reset.
Help?
