Such issues are hard to troubleshoot especially if they are random.
Put your phone in Safe Mode which may help.

If the issues stop in safe mode then start deleting your most recently downloaded apps until it stops.
If it continues then clear the phones system cache files.
Clear your System File Cache vai the instructions in the Samsung Link. You may need to hook upto a computer or insert your headphones to get to the recovery menu. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/
If that does not help them back up and factory reset.
The final resort would be go go to a Samsung Service Centre.
