Hi not long upgraded to s21. Text messages to other Samsung users do not turn blue as before, have I set something up wrongly?

You need to set up RCS messaging. Open messages, hit the 3 dot menu settings and look for chat settings and enable.
It is a bit flakey so could take up to a week to enable. Don't be tempted to turn off and try again or it will take forever.

I personally use the Samsung Message's App.

For feature rich messaging such as sending pictures etc I use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
