Having problem connecting my S21 Ultra to PC & Smart Switch

Have Switched on USB debugging

Have set USB configuration to "Transferring Files" - which should be MTP

Still - Smart Switch cannot read phone

Using Windows 10

Can anyone help me please ?

Why not use the phone app? Lot easier with windows 10

Dial *#0808#
Check if mtp is enabled

If no luck
Change USB cable ,mine worked as soon I use type c USB with USB adapter but was not working with direct USB to type c cable
I'm sure it will work
