Bought s21 ultra as upgrad from samsung on 27th Feb got 2 to 4 weeks wait can I claim tag and buds Pro as I see alot of people have

I believe that the cut of date was the 25th, but you can only try

The promotion on 27th February was for a 15% discount on the store,

The buds pro and tag promotion was between the dates of 14th Jan to 28th Jan as a pre-release promotion.  This promotion was then changed to buds live from 29th Jan until 25th Feb, and then the weekend of 26th Feb a 15% discount was offered.
