S21 Ultra don't have call recorder it had on the s20 is that an upgrade I had or down grade , I know I can get the third party Apps but then using the original built in the zoster.is always better, 

Samsung you need to sort this or else I just going the phone back

Recording calls is illegal in most countries which is why there isn't one. You will also find third part apps don't work.
