So far I'd say I agree, having just got it today, that's not to say I didn't enjoy the S20 Ultra tbh. The S20U though is a way better phone now than when it first launched, hoping Samsung make just as much improvements and optimisation on the S21 Ultra to be an even better device.

I don't, I'm on the upgrade service with Samsung, I've been doing that for the last couple of years

Like you, I got mine a day early from Samsung UK Website via DHL and my smart tag and ear buds were shipped in the same box as the phone.
