I pre-oreded the device and all its goodies other 18th and was told the earbuds, tag and case would dispatch by the 28th yet I am still waiting apon any notification or updates. I expect the device to come later as they have to 'customize' it. Just wondering if anyone else's order is like this. 

 
I still have the cancell order button.

same ordering a navy and my mate the same who ordered a brown. preorder direct but comes later than carriers

Same here and weirdly if you go to order another one it you can pick a delivery slot for Sunday (31st).

update its now the 29th and my goodies still say 'ships by jan 28th' with no changes to anything and still with the cancel button

mine the same and no matter who you talk too no one can answer when it will arrive. Totally useless comes to mind

its ridiculous especially if you have paid it in full like I did they should at least be able to give assistance or update with delivery times and delays
