S21 Ultra stuck in boot loop

Hello 

Just wondering if any one has any advice for me as since the recent android update my phone has been restarting on and off multiple times a day and gets stuck in a loop! 

Any advice will help

Time to flash. Dont select NAND ERASE

If you are using a hard phone case then remove it, if this fails to work then clear the app's cache and data.
