Same problem. Did a factory reboot, and before I could even download my apps, the phone did a reset by itself. Bought my phone through Samsung direct. BIG MISTAKE. Worked through Samsung warranty department. They referred me to a service center about 5 miles from my house that is only opened in the afternoon for a few hours, not even a full day. Called customer service again, and their only solution is for me to send the phone to them. But don't expect your phone back for a least 15 days at a minimum. Asked to speak to supervisor, none was available. SAMSUNG DOES NOT BACK ITS PRODUCTS.
